Get a specific, researched plan, customized to your shop, so you can scale the right things.

  • Audits are done asynchronously and do not require a call or any access to software to complete.

    I may ask some clarifying questions before I begin, including about current metrics. This information is optional but can result in better outcomes.

    The average turnaround time is one week from purchase.

  • I’ll prepare a written version of the audit, including an actionable growth plan, which may include either/or a slide deck or narrative document.

    I’ll also put together a video presentation, to go over opportunities and strategies visually, and share the recording. This video is usually about 20-25 minutes.

    I do not limit our time afterward — if you have questions or would like to review the plan together, I am happy to!

  • Audits are intended for small to mid-size shops. I can work with all platforms, including Shopify, Etsy, Squarespace, BigCartel, etc, and especially if you are using more than one platform.

    If your shop is exclusively on Etsy, please note that some optimization options may not be available to you, due to the limitations of the platform.
